1. Who this covers
We provide film/video production services and software used by production teams. Cast and crew receive call sheets and scheduling notifications from a production using our Services.
2. Information we collect
Information you or a production provides:
Contact details: name, mobile phone number, email address.
Production details: role/department, call times, locations, and optional notes you choose to share (e.g., dietary needs/allergies you submit when confirming).
Profile photo, if you upload one.
Information collected automatically:
Basic device/usage data and log information.
Local browser storage (e.g., theme and display preferences). We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
To create and deliver call sheets and send call-time notifications and updates.
To let recipients review and confirm their call times.
To operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
To comply with legal obligations.
4. Mobile messaging (SMS/text)
If you provide a mobile number to a production using our Services, we may send transactional text messages such as your personal call-sheet link, call times, and schedule changes.
Consent: You provide your number to the production when you are engaged for a project; message consent is obtained at that time.
Message types & frequency: Messages are transactional and tied to specific shoot dates; frequency varies by production and your bookings.
Carrier note: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
No marketing: These messages are operational, not promotional/marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories mentioned above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With the production you are working with (so they can manage their call sheet and crew).
With service providers who operate the Services on our behalf, under contract, including: messaging delivery (Twilio), email delivery, application hosting and database/storage (e.g., our cloud hosting and storage providers), weather and map/geocoding lookups for locations, and AI-assisted text parsing used to build schedules. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
For legal reasons (to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security).
In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
